A connecting hanging plate is provided between the front and rear screens, which simplifies the installation and removal process of the screens.
The screen’s design includes various inclinations—7° for the upper screen, 8° for the lower screen, 12° for the top plate, and 9° for the bottom plate—all of which contribute to the improved process performance of the plane rotary screen.
The contact points between the upper and lower screen tails and the receiving plate are designed with a 60° inclined surface to prevent leakage.
The hanging device utilizes a pressing plate to secure the steel wire rope, which can be adjusted in multiple directions to ensure proper tension and alignment of the screen body.
